Architect, founder and industrialised construction specialist with deep expertise in modular housing and scalable delivery systems. Founder of astudio and the driving force behind amodular. Awards under his leadership include Building Awards - Architectural Practice of the Year, plus RIBA, RICS, Civic Trust, Planning Awards, London Planning Awards and Property Week RESI recognition.

Senior housing, regeneration and infrastructure specialist with more than 25 years of experience. Has transacted contracts with a cumulative capital value of over £1 billion, and 22 infrastructure acquisitions with an enterprise value of £1.5 billion. Brings transaction strength, delivery rigour and stakeholder management.
